In a professional career spanning more than two decades, he has been involved in handling of corporate affairs, International Taxation, project management, loan syndication and has also represented clients in various Income tax and Company law matters including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He is also having rich meritorious experience for IFRS convergence and reporting .
